He ensures that every project strictly complies with the latest electrical safety and installation standards, including AS/NZS 3000:2018 and the AS 4024.1 machine guarding directive, maintaining a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and innovative solutions.
Stefan Smith is responsible for writing and implementing code across a range of platforms, including computers, PLCs, Arduinos, and Raspberry Pis. With a strong focus on integrating software with real-world applications, Stefan develops and deploys code that drives machine functionality and optimises industrial processes.
He plays a key role in the commissioning of projects, ensuring systems are programmed accurately, operate efficiently, and meet project specifications.
Andrew Young plays a key role at Decode Automation, specialising in mechanical installations and engineering design. He ensures machinery is installed accurately and functions seamlessly within automated systems.
With a strong focus on precision and compliance, Andrew supports the delivery of reliable, high-performance industrial solutions for clients across Australia.
James Caletti holds a Bachelor of Information and Technology from Macquarie University and specialises in computer integration and networking for industrial applications.
